About the position
Crisp County is looking for a Head Football Coach. This position requires a commitment to leading the football program and ensuring the development of student-athletes both on and off the field. The Head Coach will be responsible for planning practices, developing game strategies, and fostering a positive team environment.
Responsibilities
- Lead and manage the football program at Crisp County High School.
- Plan and conduct effective practices and training sessions.
- Develop game strategies and prepare the team for competition.
- Foster a positive and inclusive team environment.
- Communicate effectively with players, parents, and school administration.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree is required.
- Must have a clear, valid GA PSC professional certificate.
- Head coaching experience is preferred.
Nice-to-haves
- Experience in coaching at the high school level or above.
- Strong leadership and communication skills.
Benefits
- 12 month certified contract.
- Head Coach supplement of $29,500.
