About the position

The Head of Broiler Services is responsible for directing and coordinating broiler operations across the company to ensure the delivery of high-quality products. This role involves managing contracts, maintaining budgets, and overseeing programs for broiler growth, ensuring that all business units meet daily operational demands while optimizing performance and cost efficiency.

Responsibilities

• Manage broiler contracts to ensure maximum quality and services.
• Maintain budgets for live costs.
• Direct programs for growing broilers for all contract broiler producers.
• Ensure that each business unit meets the daily demand for Live Operations, as it relates to performance and cost issues.
• Establish programs to help drive performance for personnel and contractors.

Requirements

• Typically requires 8-10 years of directly related experience in poultry grow-out operations.
• 8-10 years experience supervising others.
• Computer skills (Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook).
• Strong communication skills.
• Typically requires a Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience.

Nice-to-haves

• M-Tech experience preferred.
