About the position

We have an exciting opportunity for an experienced Contract Change professional to join our Change & Business Readiness team. This role is pivotal in supporting the strategic transformation and business growth agenda within Glanbia. As part of our initiative, we are establishing a program of work aimed at enabling and fueling the growth of our business units, Glanbia Nutritionals and Glanbia Performance Nutrition. This will be achieved through effective partnering, the development of strategic functional capabilities, and digitally enabled solutions and service delivery from our global shared functions. In this key role within the Change & Business Readiness Team, you will work closely with the Workstream & Functional Leads to fully map, understand, and enable change within specific functions and across the business. Your contributions will be essential in creating a detailed change impact assessment, which will encompass both the impacted functions and any broader business impacts. You will operate within the guidelines of the full program change strategy, building a comprehensive change management approach and plan tailored for the designated functions. Your responsibilities will also include understanding key stakeholders both within and outside of the function, agreeing on function-specific communications and engagement plans, and collaborating with other change team members to consolidate change impacts into a company-wide perspective. You will be responsible for planning and designing change interventions to support change adoption, defining change readiness requirements, and establishing measurements for change, including health checks and adoption metrics for the function.

Responsibilities

  • Being the Change partner to the workstream/ functional leads, enabling the change within the function/s and out of the function/s where appropriate
  • Creating the detailed change impact assessment for the change, including both the impacted function/s and any broader business impacts
  • Working within the guidelines of the full program change strategy, building a detailed change management approach and plan for the designated function/s
  • Understanding the key stakeholders within and outside of the function and agreeing function/s specific communications and engagement plan/s
  • Working with other change team members to roll up the change impacts into a company wide view
  • Planning and designing change interventions for the functional area/s to support change adoption
  • Defining the change readiness requirements for the function/s and building into the workstream/ program governance
  • Defining measurements for change, including health checks and adoption metrics for the function

Requirements

  • Experience enabling change in a large scale change or transformation
  • Excellent stakeholder management across multiple functions, levels and geographies
  • Experience of landing change at a functional and organisational level
  • Ability to work in a matrix environment with multiple stakeholders
  • Strong Project and Change Management skills and capable of working with agility and resilience in a fast-paced environment
  • Attention to detail and ability to analyse and make sense of, and drive decisions from large amounts of data
