• Identify opportunities for growth, including lease-ups, property management partnerships, and acquisitions.
• Develop scalable systems and processes to support property management, leasing, and commercial transactions.
• Stay informed about local and national commercial market trends to guide decision-making and strategic planning.
• Build and maintain relationships with clients, vendors, and industry partners.

Requirements

• Proven experience in commercial real estate, including property management, leasing, acquisitions, and agent development.
• Strong leadership and organizational skills, with the ability to create and implement scalable processes.
• Demonstrated success in coaching or mentoring real estate agents or professionals.
• A strategic thinker who can balance day-to-day operations with long-term growth objectives.
• Exceptional communication and relationship-building skills.
• Understanding of local commercial real estate laws, regulations, and market dynamics.
