About the position

The Head of CRM & Growth Marketing at PORT 32 Marinas is responsible for leading CRM initiatives and managing HubSpot across the company's network of marinas. This role focuses on shaping and executing marketing campaigns, customer engagement strategies, and data-driven insights to align with the company's growth objectives. The position requires collaboration with various teams to drive revenue and enhance customer retention.

Responsibilities

  • Oversee and optimize HubSpot, including automating email sequences, creating landing pages, managing contact lists, and tracking lead journeys and customer touchpoints.
  • Design and execute multi-channel marketing campaigns focused on customer acquisition, retention, and loyalty programs.
  • Partner closely with sales teams and marina GMs to align marketing efforts with sales goals and ensure leads are nurtured effectively.
  • Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) such as open rates, click-through rates, and conversion metrics.
  • Create engaging communication strategies that educate, inform, and nurture customers throughout the sales funnel.
  • Develop and implement strategies to support the growth of PORT 32, including driving new business through digital marketing channels.

Requirements

  • A bachelor's degree in marketing or communications.
  • 4+ years of related marketing/CRM experience is essential.
  • Proven experience in CRM management and growth marketing, with a focus on lead generation and customer retention strategies.
  • Strong analytical skills, with experience using data to inform and adjust CRM/marketing strategies in real time.
  • Proficiency in HubSpot and experience managing multi-channel marketing campaigns.
  • Excellent writing and copy-editing skills, with the ability to produce compelling, brand-aligned content.
  • Proficiency with design tools such as Canva or Adobe Creative Suite.
