About the position

The Head of Enterprise Product Marketing at Notion is a pivotal role focused on shaping the go-to-market and product strategy for B2B audiences. This position involves defining strategies, collaborating with cross-functional leaders, and leading a team to capture the mid and large enterprise market. The role combines strategic thinking with hands-on execution, allowing the individual to influence key decisions and drive initiatives that will define Notion's success in the enterprise space.

Responsibilities

  • Drive key elements of the upmarket journey including designing a solution marketing approach and demand generation strategy.
  • Co-design the product roadmap with product leaders to capture mid-and-large customers.
  • Lead a team of product marketers through complex and high-impact product launches.
  • Create programs and content to help buyers navigate change management when adopting Notion.
  • Lead messaging and positioning for the enterprise segment, creating the enterprise narrative and pitch.
  • Manage analyst relations programs, including briefings and inquiries.
  • Spearhead competitive intelligence strategy to acquire customers and secure competitive deals.
  • Develop an approach for monetization for enterprise and business plans.

Requirements

  • 10+ years of experience in software, with 5+ years in people management.
  • Ability to lead by influence across multiple functions.
  • Deep understanding of enterprise SaaS, including bottoms-up and tops-down channels.
  • Exceptional storytelling and messaging expertise.
  • Direct experience with segment/solution marketing.
  • Clear communication and writing skills for internal and external assets.
  • Experience leading world-class product launches and integrated campaigns.
