About the position

The Head of Global Enablement at Transmit Security is responsible for developing, implementing, and managing Sales readiness programs aimed at increasing market share and accelerating revenue growth. This role requires a self-starter who can think holistically about Sales Enablement and effectively communicate complex topics. The position reports to the Vice President of Worldwide Field Operations.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and manage foundational and continuous learning programs for Sales.
  • Create training content, schedule and coordinate training sessions, and deliver on-demand courseware.
  • Collaborate with Field Sales and Sales enablement peers to identify gaps and build readiness plans.
  • Manage cross-functional collaboration between sales enablement and other organizations.
  • Develop and measure key predictive performance metrics to drive accountability and improvement.

Requirements

  • Ten years of direct experience in Sales Enablement and/or Sales Training.
  • Experience selling B2B solutions and/or managing B2B sales teams preferred.
  • Extensive knowledge of modern sales methodologies and buyer's journey alignment.
  • Knowledge of sales training best practices including analysis, instructional design, delivery, implementation, and evaluation.
  • Excellent presentation and communication skills.
  • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to influence, delegate, and prioritize.
