This position aims to expand the school's impact by enabling high school students worldwide to learn critical creative problem-solving skills through two main offerings: The Innovation Diploma and The Innovation Certificate. The role involves both strategic planning and hands-on implementation to drive growth and engagement in these programs.

Responsibilities

• Develop a strategic plan for launching the program, including identifying the target audience, pricing, and promotional activities.
• Establish and cultivate relationships with key stakeholders, including educational funders, school partners, and potential internship hosts.
• Implement effective marketing and promotional strategies to drive awareness and enrollment in the program.
• Monitor and evaluate the success of the go-to-market strategy, making data-driven adjustments as necessary.
• Develop and implement comprehensive growth strategies to increase enrollment and engagement in both the Innovation Certificate and Diploma Programs.
• Collaborate with program directors to refine and enhance curriculum offerings based on market needs and participant feedback.
• Manage budgeting, forecasting, and resource allocation to optimize program success.
