About the position

The position is for a senior growth marketer at Coa, a mental health startup focused on making emotional fitness an everyday practice. The role involves defining and executing the go-to-market strategy to increase consumer engagement with therapist-led emotional fitness classes and therapy sessions. As the first marketing hire, the individual will play a crucial role in shaping the brand's narrative and expanding its audience through various marketing channels.

Responsibilities

• Partner with co-founders to build and execute Coa's go-to-market strategy.
• Grow the audience and enhance Coa's story across social media platforms like Instagram, Facebook, and Twitter.
• Help people discover Coa's online therapist-led classes and optimize channels to ensure class attendance.
• Inspire a community of therapy and emotional fitness advocates through creative storytelling and partnerships.
• Engage the community through email, social media, content, and other creative methods.
• Track the effectiveness of marketing channels using a data-informed approach.
• Collaborate with mission-aligned partners and the PR team on announcements and launches.
