About the position

The Head of Growth & Lifecycle Marketing for Amazon's Blink brand will shape the marketing strategy for a rising home security brand in North America. This role involves leading media, lifecycle, and marketing measurement strategies to drive performance and brand objectives. The successful candidate will manage a team of channel experts, develop integrated media plans, and optimize marketing effectiveness through data-driven strategies.

Responsibilities

  • Establish cross-channel media strategy and effective go-to-market tactics across paid channels.
  • Lead the development and execution of lifecycle marketing strategies to activate, engage, and retain customer base.
  • Work cross-functionally with Strategy, Brand, Creative, Ecommerce and other teams to execute campaigns with excellence and drive knowledge sharing.
  • Manage and collaborate with media partners to create holistic activation plans, including establishing measurable objectives aligned with business goals.
  • Guide measurement and reporting on an ongoing basis, ensuring the development and execution of a robust measurement framework that provides clear and actionable recommendations.
  • Lead a large team of Managers and Individual Contributors.

Requirements

  • 10+ years of experience in a Media Marketing role.
  • Proven experience in defining strategy and driving full-funnel marketing campaigns.
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
  • Experience leading teams across disciplines.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • 1-3 years of experience with Braze.

Nice-to-haves

  • Experience leading high-performing teams that attract top talent.
  • Demonstrated experience in managing large-scale, complex projects.
  • Experience working with large budgets across all media types (national, local, digital, social, search, OOH, TV/STV, programmatic, etc.).
  • Knowledge of AdTech and MarTech tools and capabilities.
  • Experience working on a subscriptions business.
  • Experience using quantitative and qualitative insights to inform growth strategy, digital roadmap, prioritization, etc.
