About the position

The Head of Growth at LK Tech, a subsidiary of Lyra Technology Group, is a senior sales leadership role focused on professionalizing the sales function, driving new logo sales growth, and collaborating with cross-functional teams. This position requires a strategic partner to the CEO, responsible for formulating and executing business strategies while building and managing a sales team.

Responsibilities

  • Professionalizing the sales function by building out structure, sales processes, tooling, compensation plans, BDR teams, marketing, metrics, and playbooks.
  • Acting as a player/coach by leveraging personal network and sales skills to hunt and close deals while also building out a sales team.
  • Running cross-functional growth campaigns to drive new logo sales growth in collaboration with sales, account management, marketing, and operations teams.
  • Serving as a business partner to the CEO to formulate and execute overall business strategy.
  • Utilizing previous Managed Service Provider (MSP) sales experience to enhance sales strategies.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in a senior sales leadership role, preferably in a technology or Managed Service Provider (MSP) environment.
  • Strong skills in building sales processes, structures, and teams.
  • Ability to drive new logo sales growth and manage cross-functional campaigns.
  • Experience in formulating and executing business strategies in partnership with executive leadership.

Nice-to-haves

  • Experience in the technology services industry.
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Solutions and their application in business operations.
