Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute strategies to launch successful new products and acquire initial customers.
  • Generate experimental ideas to innovate marketing approaches.
  • Identify and creatively engage new marketing channels, using data to inform strategy.
  • Build and scale growth infrastructure, including viral loops, SEO/SEM, email, social media, and display advertising campaigns.
  • Own and optimize growth channels, measuring their success and impact.
  • Leverage data science for advanced analyses to inform product development and growth strategies.
  • Implement and manage acquisition strategies across platforms like Google, Facebook, TikTok, Reddit, and LinkedIn.
  • Continuously explore new ideas across various industries and technologies.
  • Communicate effectively how data-driven decisions influence growth strategy.

Requirements

  • 7+ years of experience in performance marketing, preferably in an early-stage startup environment.
  • Experience in product-led growth is a significant advantage.
  • Ability to generate innovative ideas for marketing experiments.
  • Proven track record of using experimentation to optimize the customer journey.
  • Hands-on experience with marketing technology, including web analytics, SEO/SEM tools, and CRM systems.
  • Advanced analytical skills with proficiency in data visualization tools like Data Studio and Looker.
  • Experience in building and scaling paid media channels from scratch.
  • Demonstrated success in delivering traffic and leads in the rare and complex disease space.

Nice-to-haves

  • Experience in both B2C and B2B marketing environments.
  • Familiarity with the healthcare industry, particularly rare diseases.
