About the position

Samba TV is seeking a dynamic B2B Head of Growth Marketing to drive sales revenue through innovative marketing strategies. The role focuses on developing a comprehensive demand generation framework that enhances product consideration and generates high-quality leads for the sales team. The ideal candidate will leverage cutting-edge technologies and collaborate with a cross-functional marketing team to build effective marketing campaigns.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute a comprehensive Demand Gen framework that drives consideration and preference for Samba products, generates high-quality leads for sales, and contributes to revenue growth.
  • Create and implement innovative, multi-channel campaigns across SEO, SEM, retargeting, display ads, email, ABM, and events to drive awareness, consideration, and purchase intent.
  • Own ABM strategy and execution, leveraging the 6Sense platform and other tools to orchestrate relevant marketing and sales actions throughout the B2B customer journey.
  • Collaborate with Sales and other teams to define ideal customer profiles, buyer personas, and targeted segments, ensuring leads are effectively addressed and nurtured.
  • Lead the development of a content plan that maps the right content to each stage of the customer journey for each buyer persona, including the creation of compelling ad copy and landing pages.
  • Establish Key Performance Indicators and create insightful Performance Measurement Dashboards that assess the impact of various marketing activities on revenue generation.
  • Define and continuously refine the conversion stages within the sales funnel, ensuring proper tracking and analysis of lead progression.
  • Identify bottlenecks and optimization opportunities to improve conversion rates at each stage.
  • Regularly communicate performance results and insights to marketing, executive staff, and sales management.
  • Work closely with the Business Operations team to optimize processes for lead flow to the Sales organization, including the integration and enhancement of marketing automation tools such as 6Sense, Salesforce, and Hubspot.
  • Explore and implement AI-assisted technologies, improve efficiency, and drive better results while ensuring a smooth transition and alignment with team goals.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree or higher
  • Strong proficiency in 6Sense, Salesforce, Hubspot, Google Analytics, Meta for Business, and LinkedIn Ads
  • Proven ability to ideate and execute creative new-user acquisition initiatives and adapt to various roles as needed
  • Extensive experience running successful demand/lead gen campaigns and operations, utilizing a wide range of digital marketing tactics such as display, social ads, SEM, SEO, email blasts, and ABM
  • Exceptional project management skills and a strong problem-solving mindset
  • Skilled in creating insightful measurement reports and dashboards that demonstrate the impact of marketing efforts on revenue
  • Familiarity with Webflow is a plus
  • Passion for staying up-to-date with the latest marketing technologies and trends, including AI-assisted tools, and applying them to drive growth
