About the position

TIFIN is seeking an experienced marketing leader to join our team as the Head of Growth Marketing. This role is pivotal in driving our go-to-market strategies for generative AI products across various holdings within our early-stage ventures. As the Head of Growth Marketing, you will report directly to our President and Chief Revenue Officer (CRO), playing a crucial role in spearheading marketing efforts that will introduce innovative technology to the wealth management sector. Your responsibilities will encompass building out the marketing function for Helix by HL, @Work, and Sage, while closely collaborating with Sales and Success teams to maintain and accelerate our growth trajectory. You will be tasked with developing cutting-edge strategies that solidify our market presence, create demand, and generate leads. In this dynamic position, we are looking for a versatile marketing executive who is comfortable being the first dedicated marketer in a fast-paced environment. You will act as a senior strategic leader, collaborating across the firm to lead demand generation initiatives. Your role will involve developing and executing innovative marketing strategies and creating sales collateral that drives marketing qualified leads for our sales team. You will also lead brand, event, and channel marketing initiatives to elevate the profiles of Helix, @Work, and Sage within the wealth management industry. This includes designing and launching new marketing funnels, utilizing data-driven insights to optimize campaigns, and managing the company's marketing resources, including budget and technology platforms. As a champion of our brands, you will ensure consistency and impact in all marketing communications.

Responsibilities

  • Act as a senior strategic leader who can collaborate across the firm to lead demand generation.
  • Develop and execute innovative marketing strategies and sales collateral to drive marketing qualified leads for the sales team.
  • Lead brand, event, and channel marketing initiatives to elevate Helix's, @Work's, and Sage's profile in the wealth management industry.
  • Design and launch new funnels: from ad targeting, channel selection, social media/landing page design, copy, retargeting, analytics, and reporting, to continuous improvement.
  • Utilize data-driven insights to make informed marketing decisions and optimize campaigns.
  • Manage the company's marketing resources including marketing budget, technology platforms, vendors and agencies.
  • Champion the Helix by HL, @Work, and Sage brand, ensuring consistency and impact in all marketing communications.

Requirements

  • A minimum of 10+ years in marketing, with growth experience in fintech, data tech/AI, or other translatable B2B SaaS sectors.
  • Previous experience in a start-up or lean agency environments where you have worn many hats is strongly preferred.
  • Previous experience in a financial services or fintech company that targets the wealth enterprise ecosystem is strongly preferred.
  • Understanding of alternative investments and private market investments is a bonus.
  • A general understanding of Generative AI and Large-language models is a bonus.
  • Strong analytical skills, with an ability to translate complex data into actionable marketing plans.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, capable of inspiring a team and engaging stakeholders at all levels.
  • A deep understanding of the latest marketing trends and technologies, particularly in the tech industry, and a keen interest in new technologies and software.
  • Self-starter excited about fintech and eager to join a new team and contribute from day one.
  • A local presence in the Greater New York City area, and the ability to be in person 3 days a week.
