About the position

The Head of Growth Marketing at ShipperHQ is a leadership role focused on developing and executing growth strategies to enhance customer acquisition, retention, and expansion. This position requires a data-driven marketing leader with expertise in B2B digital marketing and a deep understanding of the shipping and logistics ecosystem. The role involves collaboration with various teams, managing a marketing team, and driving impactful results through innovative marketing initiatives.

Responsibilities

  • Design, execute, and scale data-driven growth strategies across customer acquisition, retention, and expansion.
  • Partner with Sales, Product, and Partnerships teams to drive cohesive marketing and sales alignment.
  • Own digital channels (paid search, social media, email, SEO, and content marketing) and optimize for ROI.
  • Develop and execute lifecycle marketing strategies to nurture leads through the buyer journey.
  • Build and manage demand generation programs that drive MQLs and support pipeline goals.
  • Monitor and analyze performance metrics across all growth marketing efforts and provide actionable insights.
  • Implement product-led growth tactics to boost activation rates and drive adoption.
  • Lead content initiatives that position ShipperHQ as a thought leader in the logistics and eCommerce space.
  • Manage and mentor a growth-focused marketing team, fostering a culture of experimentation and accountability.
  • Conduct competitive research to stay on top of industry trends.

Requirements

  • 8+ years leading teams in growth marketing, demand generation, and/or digital marketing.
  • In-depth understanding of the shipping and logistics ecosystem.
  • Strong command of marketing analytics tools (Google Analytics, HubSpot, etc.).
  • Demonstrated experience with multi-channel digital marketing strategies.
  • Familiarity with product-led growth strategies and tactics.
  • Ability to generate innovative growth ideas and execute them strategically.
  • Exceptional ability to collaborate cross-functionally with various teams.
  • Proven track record of building and leading high-performing marketing teams.
