We are seeking an exceptional Head of Growth to spearhead our growth strategy and drive user acquisition, engagement, and revenue. In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for developing and executing innovative growth tactics, optimizing our marketing funnel, and scaling our user base across multiple channels.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement a comprehensive growth strategy to acquire new users, drive engagement, and maximize revenue
  • Identify and prioritize high-impact growth opportunities through data-driven analysis and experimentation
  • Oversee and optimize the entire marketing funnel, from awareness to conversion and retention
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Product, Engineering, etc.) to align growth initiatives with product roadmap and marketing campaigns
  • Manage and mentor a high-performing growth team, fostering a data-driven, experimentation-focused culture
  • Leverage various growth channels (SEO, SEM, Content Marketing, Partnerships, etc.) to drive user acquisition and engagement
  • Continuously analyze and optimize key growth metrics, leveraging data and insights to inform strategic decisions
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in growth hacking and user acquisition

Requirements

  • Proven track record of driving significant growth and scaling user acquisition in a consumer facing technology company
  • Deep understanding of growth marketing strategies, tactics, and best practices across various channels
  • Strong analytical and data-driven mindset, with the ability to leverage data to inform strategic decisions
  • Deep experience with SQL or R
  • Excellent project management and organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize and execute multiple initiatives simultaneously
  • Previous managing a team and ownership over budget decisions
  • Exceptional communication and leadership skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate cross-functional teams
  • Entrepreneurial mindset, with a passion for innovation and a willingness to experiment and take calculated risks. Thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
  • 8+ years of growth or marketing experience. Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., Marketing, Business, Computer Science, or equivalent experience)
