About the position

The Head of Growth & Operations for Seasons is a pivotal role responsible for building and scaling a new business unit within LAI Games, focusing on the amusement and vending machine market. This position requires a strategic leader who can navigate the complexities of managing a P&L while leveraging existing resources to drive growth across machine sales, merchandise development, and e-commerce operations. The successful candidate will define and execute a go-to-market strategy, build a high-performing team, and ensure operational excellence across all business functions.

Responsibilities

• Define & execute a go-to-market strategy for Seasons amusement and vending machines & merchandise across North America.
• Lead logistics, sales, marketing, and after-sales service functions for Seasons machines.
• Procure and develop attractive ranges of merchandise to be sold to operators of Seasons machines.
• Develop and operate a sophisticated e-commerce operation for fulfilling orders.
• Build and lead a high-performing team within a matrixed reporting structure.
• Own the Seasons P&L, focusing on sales, profitability, and cash flow management.
• Drive continuous improvement across operational activities including compliance, risk management, and inventory management.

Requirements

• 5+ years' experience in FMCG sales, operations, or product management from trend-driven segments such as fashion, toys, and collectibles.
• Strong knowledge of consumer behavior.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and spoken.
• High level of intellectual curiosity and ability to think on your feet.
