About the position

The Head of Growth Operations & Strategy at Pearl Health is responsible for designing and implementing key processes and technology infrastructure to support sales and marketing activities aimed at primary care physician markets. This role involves leading a team to provide operational support, drive performance analysis, and optimize growth strategies, ensuring effective collaboration across various departments.

Responsibilities

  • Lead the team providing day-to-day support to the Sales team during the sales season, including sales enablement programming and data hygiene for pipeline reporting.
  • Drive execution across reporting and analysis to provide data-driven recommendations to the Chief Growth Officer and other growth leaders.
  • Effectively manage a lean team supporting Growth Operations and Strategy activities, including territory planning and performance management.
  • Collect provider submission lists and sales funnel data through organized data aggregation, ensuring cross-functional collaboration.
  • Oversee CRM administration and management in support of the Growth team.
  • Lead execution of novel projects and champion ongoing process improvements in Growth Operations.
  • Identify and recommend potential investments in new data sources and processes to achieve Growth objectives.
  • Partner with Demand Generation and Marketing to drive Lead Lifecycle Management for incoming leads.
  • Conduct research on key enterprise targets to inform demand hypotheses and account-based go-to-market strategies.
  • Support the Chief Growth Officer on special situations in pursuit of new revenue opportunities.
  • Contribute to Target Market Selection and Ideal Customer Profile Definition analyses.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience.
  • 4+ years experience in an Operations Leadership position or related field with transferable experience.
  • 2+ years experience in a Growth Operations-focused role or related experience.
  • Demonstrated history of leadership through influence.
  • Experience overseeing CRM or database management tech platforms.
  • Ownership mentality and low ego team collaboration.
  • High attention to detail and ability to project manage initiatives.
  • Highly analytical and comfortable with data-driven problem-solving.
  • Aptitude for building and optimizing efficient processes and systems.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
