About the position

Lyra Technology Group is looking for a sales leader to step in and grow one of their operating companies. Lyra Technology Group is a family of industry leading technology service businesses. Responsibilities

  • Professionalizing the sales function by building out structure, sales process, tooling, comp plans, BDR teams, marketing, metrics, and playbooks.
  • Acting as a player/coach by leveraging your network and sales skills to hunt and close deals while building out a sales team.
  • Running cross-functional growth campaigns to drive new logo sales growth, collaborating with sales, account management, marketing, and operations.
  • Serving as a business partner to the CEO, formulating overall business strategy and executing it.
  • Utilizing managed service provider sales experience to enhance sales efforts.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in a sales leadership role, preferably in a technology or managed service provider environment.
  • Strong network and sales skills to effectively hunt and close deals.
  • Experience in building and managing sales teams.
  • Ability to run cross-functional campaigns and collaborate with various departments.
  • Strategic thinking and ability to partner with the CEO on business strategy.
