About the position

The Head of Growth at ACE Technology Group is a pivotal sales leadership role focused on transitioning the organization from founder-led sales to a structured, professional sales function. This position involves building out sales processes, managing a sales team, and driving new logo sales growth through cross-functional collaboration with marketing, account management, and operations. The Head of Growth will also partner closely with the CEO to formulate and execute the overall business strategy, leveraging their network and sales skills to hunt and close deals while developing a sustainable growth model.

Responsibilities

• Transition the organization away from founder-led sales.
• Professionalize the sales function by building out structure, sales processes, tooling, compensation plans, BDR teams, marketing, metrics, and playbooks.
• Act as a player/coach by leveraging network and sales skills to hunt and close deals while building out a sales team.
• Run cross-functional growth campaigns to drive new logo sales growth.
• Serve as a business partner to the CEO, formulating and executing overall business strategy.

Requirements

• Proven experience in sales leadership, preferably in a Managed Service Provider (MSP) environment or non-profit space.
• Strong understanding of sales processes and the ability to professionalize the sales function.
• Experience in building and managing sales teams.
• Ability to run cross-functional growth campaigns and collaborate with various departments.
• Familiarity with the Greater Philadelphia Area market.
