About the position

SwingVision is seeking an experienced Head of Growth to spearhead our performance marketing initiatives aimed at driving customer acquisition, retention, virality, and monetization for our AI tennis and pickleball app. This role is pivotal in shaping our marketing strategy and executing campaigns that resonate with our target audience. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in developing and executing both online and offline marketing campaigns, including digital marketing, guerilla marketing, funnel marketing, and brand partnerships. You will be responsible for driving app downloads and subscriptions through innovative marketing strategies and on-the-ground activations. In this role, you will continuously optimize campaigns and conduct A/B testing to attract the most engaged users, thereby driving higher conversion, retention, referral rates, and lifetime customer value. Analyzing marketing data and user feedback will be crucial in shaping future marketing and product strategies. You will own the conversion rate optimization throughout the customer funnel, identifying, evaluating, and prioritizing opportunities to increase conversion rates and revenue generated from various marketing channels, including site content, email marketing, digital marketing, SEO/SEM, and promotions. Additionally, you will propose new initiatives to attract prospects and convert leads, testing new approaches to capture existing demand. Your goal will be to sustainably and cost-effectively grow our reach while lowering customer acquisition costs (CAC). Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute online and offline campaigns, including digital marketing, guerilla marketing, funnel marketing, brand partnerships and on-the-ground activation to drive app downloads and subscriptions
  • Continuously optimise campaigns and A/B test to attract the most engaged users and drive higher conversion, retention, referral rates and lifetime customer value
  • Analyze marketing data and user feedback (campaign results, conversion rates, traffic, etc.) to shape future marketing and product strategy
  • Own conversion rate optimisation throughout the customer funnel, including identifying, evaluating and prioritizing opportunities to increase conversion rates and revenue generated from site content, email marketing, digital marketing, SEO/SEM and promotions
  • Propose new initiatives to attract prospects and convert leads as well as testing new approaches to capture existing demand
  • Sustainably and cost-effectively grow our reach and lower CAC

Requirements

  • Expertise running and optimizing ad campaigns on Youtube, Instagram, Google and TikTok
  • Experience with SEO/SEM
  • Experience leveraging metrics, KPIs and data to generate creative ideas
  • Strong copywriting, editing, and communication skills

Nice-to-haves

  • 5+ years experience in building demand generation programs at a leading, brand-conscious, D2C company
  • Experience with Google Analytics, Amplitude and data visualization
  • Experience working with brand and social media influencers
