Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement cutting-edge marketing strategies that push the boundaries of traditional marketing.
  • Find unique and effective ways to attract and retain customers, leveraging both digital and offline channels.
  • Constantly test and optimize marketing tactics based on data-driven insights, including A/B testing and channel optimization.
  • Work closely with product, sales, and content teams to align growth initiatives with business goals.

Requirements

  • 5+ years in growth marketing or similar roles, ideally in a B2B tech environment.
  • Proven experience in a growth marketing role, with a portfolio demonstrating the ability to scale a product or service creatively.
  • Strong analytical skills and proficiency with marketing and analytics tools such as Google Analytics, CRM systems, and marketing automation platforms.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to think outside the box to overcome challenges and achieve marketing objectives.
