As our Head of Growth, you will be responsible for driving the vision, leadership, and executive functions required to propel the company's revenue and customer growth. You will be supporting direct acquisition, brand development, product innovation, and customer experience to build long-term brand equity and sustainable revenue growth. This is a Full-time salaried position reporting to the President of the company.

Responsibilities

  • Drive profitable revenue growth through new and repeat sales via multiple sales channels
  • Grow customer lifetime value (LTV) through retention, personalized engagement, and optimized product offerings
  • Enhance brand equity and customer loyalty through exceptional customer experiences and targeted product innovation
  • Diversify revenue streams by expanding TOFU and MOFU digital channels
  • Increase MOFU and BOFU conversions
  • Increase CLTV and reduce churn
  • Drive outbound sales and customer service optimization

Requirements

  • 10+ years of leadership experience
  • Hands-on experience with CRM platforms (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot), analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Tableau), and marketing automation systems
  • Proven track record of developing and executing multi-channel growth strategies for a scaling D2C business
  • Experience managing P&L responsibility for $30MM-$100MM in revenue, delivering profitable growth while maintaining operational efficiency
  • Strong background in the nutraceutical, health, or wellness industry, with expertise in brand development and customer acquisition
