We are looking for a Head of Growth who will focus on driving developer engagement as well as technical sales to projects and institutions. The ideal candidate will do so by creating an effective inbound/outbound funnel that can nurture builders & institutions with different growth initiatives (i.e events education programs grants or partnerships). The Head of Growth will be responsible for our builder (technical sales) and institutional (b2b sales) pipelines. When it comes to developer engagement the Head of Growth is to optimize the funnel of developers coming into the ecosystem that convert into successful projects including those already mature projects seeking to build in Cosmos. When it comes to Institutions the Head of Growth has to be able to onboard partners capital and traditional enterprises into the Cosmos ecosystem — effectively managing their relationships to generate growth in Cosmos (i.e. partnering with Venture Capital or driving partnerships with exchanges and custodians to better support our ecosystem). Our ideal candidate is technically confident business-savvy and a self-starter. This person has to be a comfortable program manager and a keen leader than can build a team around him and delegate effectively. We expect the Head of Growth to build and command a growth team to tackle these efforts.
