Award-winning artists use Suno, but our core user base consists of everyday people making music — often for the first time. We are a team of musicians and AI experts, including alumni from Spotify, TikTok, Meta, and Kensho. We like to ship code, make music, and drink coffee. Our company culture celebrates music and experimenting with sound — from lunchroom conversations to the studio in our office. Suno is seeking a highly skilled and visionary Head of Growth to lead our growth strategies and initiatives. The Head of Growth will be responsible for driving user acquisition, engagement, and retention through innovative marketing campaigns and data-driven decisions. This role requires a strategic thinker with a deep understanding of growth marketing, AI technology, and the music industry. The Head of Growth will develop and execute comprehensive growth marketing strategies that align with company goals and objectives. This includes leading a team of marketing professionals to implement these strategies effectively. The role will also focus on driving user growth through multi-channel marketing campaigns, including digital marketing, social media, content marketing, and influencer partnerships. Utilizing analytics and data insights will be crucial to measure the effectiveness of marketing campaigns, optimizing efforts based on performance metrics and user behavior data. The Head of Growth will enhance the brand's presence and reputation in the market, developing and maintaining a strong brand voice and identity that resonates with target audiences. Collaboration with product teams will be essential to develop marketing strategies for new features and updates, ensuring that product messaging is clear and compelling. The role will also involve identifying and establishing strategic partnerships with key industry players, influencers, and communities to expand reach and drive growth. Additionally, the Head of Growth will develop and implement strategies to enhance user engagement and retention, creating community-building initiatives that foster a loyal user base. Budget management will be a key responsibility, overseeing the marketing budget to ensure efficient allocation of resources to maximize ROI. The Head of Growth will also build and mentor a high-performing marketing team, fostering a culture of creativity, collaboration, and continuous improvement.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
  • 10+ years of experience in growth marketing, preferably in the tech or music industry.
  • Proven track record of driving significant user growth and engagement.
  • Strong understanding of digital marketing channels and tools.
  • Proficiency in analytics and data-driven decision-making.
  • Excellent leadership and team management skills.
  • Creative thinker with a passion for innovation.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strategic mindset, results-oriented, proactive, and adaptable to a fast-paced environment.
