About the position

The Head of Growth at SwingVision will lead performance marketing initiatives aimed at driving customer acquisition, retention, virality, and monetization for the AI tennis and pickleball app. This role involves developing and executing various marketing campaigns, optimizing conversion rates, and analyzing data to inform marketing strategies, all while contributing to the company's mission of democratizing the pro sports experience for athletes.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute online and offline marketing campaigns, including digital marketing, guerilla marketing, funnel marketing, brand partnerships, and on-the-ground activation.
• Continuously optimize campaigns and conduct A/B testing to attract engaged users and drive higher conversion, retention, referral rates, and lifetime customer value.
• Analyze marketing data and user feedback to shape future marketing and product strategy.
• Own conversion rate optimization throughout the customer funnel, identifying and prioritizing opportunities to increase conversion rates and revenue.
• Propose new initiatives to attract prospects and convert leads, testing new approaches to capture existing demand.
• Sustainably and cost-effectively grow reach and lower customer acquisition costs (CAC).
• Run and optimize ad campaigns on platforms such as YouTube, Instagram, Google, and TikTok.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in building demand generation programs at a leading, brand-conscious, D2C company.
• Expertise in running and optimizing ad campaigns on various platforms including YouTube, Instagram, Google, and TikTok.
• Experience with SEO/SEM and leveraging metrics, KPIs, and data to generate creative ideas.
• Strong copywriting, editing, and communication skills.
• Experience with Google Analytics, Amplitude, and data visualization.
• Experience working with brand and social media influencers.
• Avid user of the SwingVision app and a passion for racket sports.

Nice-to-haves

• Experience in performance marketing for consumer apps.
• Familiarity with automated marketing tools and CRM systems.
