About the position

The Head of HR for Global Supply Chain & Quality at Johnson & Johnson is a strategic leadership role responsible for providing HR partnership to the US supply chain and quality teams. Responsibilities

  • Provide strategic HR partnership to the US supply chain and quality teams.
  • Shape and steward the company culture and employee experiences to attract and retain top talent.
  • Leverage insights to design organizations optimized for strategic goals.
  • Design and deploy data-driven talent strategies to curate necessary capabilities.
  • Accelerate performance through leadership coaching and team effectiveness initiatives.
  • Partner with the business to ensure optimal organizational setup for business strategy delivery.
  • Lead strategic change management initiatives to drive growth and impact.
  • Identify talent needs and create strategies for talent attraction and retention.
  • Own and drive talent management processes including succession planning and career planning.
  • Partner with Talent Acquisition to define sourcing strategies for critical capabilities.
  • Lead organizational design efforts to prepare the business for future needs.
  • Execute DE&I strategies in partnership with business leaders.
  • Shape culture and employee engagement strategies based on employee insights and predictive modeling.
  • Drive a culture of growth, collaboration, and inclusion within teams.
  • Develop trusted partnerships and coaching relationships with leaders to enhance leadership capabilities.
  • Facilitate communication and implementation of corporate HR initiatives in the business.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree in a relevant field.
  • 12+ years of dynamic professional experience in HR, with at least 5 years in a Business Unit HR role.
  • 5+ years of experience as a people leader.
  • Ability to influence senior leaders and drive people strategy aligned with business strategy.
  • Effective communication and relationship-building skills.
  • Metrics-driven mindset with the ability to provide regular reporting.

Nice-to-haves

  • Experience in succession planning and workforce planning.
  • Familiarity with organizational design and talent management strategies.
