About the position

We are seeking a driven and creative Head of Institutional & Growth Marketing to join our growing team. In this role, you will be responsible for supporting the execution of multi-channel marketing campaigns, planning and scaling events, developing lead generation strategies, and collaborating closely with our sales team.

Responsibilities

  • Assist in the planning, execution, and analysis of marketing campaigns across various channels (email, social media, paid advertising, etc.)
  • Develop and implement lead generation strategies to attract and nurture prospective institutional clients such as Hedge Funds, Asset Managers, HNWI, and Family Offices
  • Support the organization and promotion of virtual and in-person events, including webinars and conferences and tracking efficacy of engagements
  • Work closely with the sales team to align marketing efforts with their needs and provide them with quality leads and sales enablement materials
  • Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify opportunities and trends
  • Create engaging content (articles, infographics, videos, etc.) to support marketing initiatives
  • Monitor and report on campaign performance, providing insights and recommendations for optimization

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field
  • 5-7 years of experience in a marketing role, specifically in financial services, B2B Fintech, and/or crypto
  • Experience with institutional finance organizations such as hedge funds, investment banks, mutual funds, etc.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Proficient in digital marketing tools (e.g., Mailchimp, HubSpot, Paid ads) and project management software
  • Familiar with lead generation tactics and sales enablement strategies
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and derive insights
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, collaborative environment
