About The Position

The AI Operating System for Private Capital. Capsa AI Private capital funds have to find potential investments, research and analyse them thoroughly, monitor them over time, drive improvements, and decide when to buy and sell. They've got to see through the marketing. They've got to outbid the competition. And they've got to learn from every deal they do. Historically, these processes have run on people, we are building the AI Operating System that will run them in the future. We're focused, ambitious, and obsessed with building a category-defining company. In the last 12 months we've grown ARR 15x, achieved product–market fit with leading multi-billion-dollar PE firms, and expanded across the US, UK, and Europe. Now we're doubling down: we've raised a large Series A from top-tier VC investors to scale the team. We're hiring hyper-talented people who want to work at the forefront of AI and revolutionise an industry.

Requirements

  • 8+ years in B2B SaaS marketing.
  • Experience scaling a function through Series A or B.
  • Proven track record of carrying a marketing-sourced pipeline number and hitting it.
  • Comfortable being measured the same way sales is measured.
  • Exceptional storyteller who can turn complex ideas into attention-earning narratives.
  • Experience running PR programs, managing agencies, helping founders show up well in the press and on stage, and building social campaigns.
  • Strategic and hands-on approach; able to write a board narrative and a launch email in the same day.
  • Strong point of view and conviction about what good marketing looks like.
  • Builder mentality with a bias for action over planning theatre.
  • Direct communicator who makes decisions, writes them down clearly, and explains the 'why'.
  • Genuinely curious about AI and using it to compound personal output and build it into how the function operates.

Nice To Haves

  • Private capital or financial services experience is a strong plus.
  • A portfolio that shows taste, originality, quality, and a clear point of view.

Responsibilities

  • Define how Capsa shows up to the market, and build the marketing engine that turns fast growth into hyper growth.
  • Set the strategy, build the team, and partner with the CEO and CRO on how Capsa is positioned, how we generate demand, and how the brand earns the right to be the category leader in private capital.
  • Shape the public-facing message and positioning of a category-defining AI company.
  • Build world-class content, including visual and video-led work that earns attention on LinkedIn, in inboxes, and across every channel that reaches private capital.
  • Build an inbound machine that compounds month on month.
  • Carry a marketing-sourced pipeline target, reported weekly to the CEO and CRO, with the same discipline as sales.
  • Define and report on key metrics including reach, engagement, brand affinity, and pipeline influence.
  • Manage the brand and presence, including website, design system, social media, PR, owned events, and executive briefings.
  • Build the marketing team behind you.
  • Set the cadence, the budget rhythm, and the working relationship with sales and product.
