About the position

The Global Head of Middle Office Product Implementations is responsible for overseeing the delivery and success of implementation activities across various service areas, including Front Office Support, Cash Services, and Trade Lifecycle Management. This role involves managing complex transformation initiatives, fostering collaboration across service families, and ensuring adherence to implementation standards and best practices. The successful candidate will drive strategic solution design, manage vendor partnerships, and enhance operational efficiencies while building strong relationships with clients and internal stakeholders.

Responsibilities

  • Supervise Implementation Managers and drive implementation standards and best practices.
  • Create implementation synergies across all service families to reduce execution risk and timelines.
  • Serve as the central escalation point and decision maker for internal stakeholders and clients.
  • Collaborate with product leads to align client requirements and influence their roadmap.
  • Harmonize data collection processes and enhance data governance controls.
  • Champion automation of data collection and integration functions.
  • Develop clear implementation service goals focused on timeliness, accuracy, and cost efficiency.
  • Promote cross-pollination across Service Families to improve collaboration and information sharing.
  • Enforce maintenance and reinvestment in Implementation Artifacts for continuous improvement.
  • Drive cost efficiencies from vendor partners through informed utilization and clear expectations.
  • Enhance implementation estimate processes via consistent methodology and prior experience incorporation.
  • Partner with Implementation Program Executives and Global Delivery to ensure adherence to Alpha standards.

Requirements

  • 15+ years of industry experience with front, middle, and back office integration and platforms.
  • Strong knowledge of State Street organizational constructs and middle/back office systems.
  • Proven ability to work effectively with executive management.
  • Demonstrated ability to build trust with clients and lead transformational programs.
  • Strong communication, analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
  • Willingness and ability to travel.
