The Head of Non-Risk AI/ML and Gen AI will play a pivotal role in leading Ford Credit into the future as part of our digital transformation initiative. This position is designed to enhance our customer experience and establish Ford Credit as a loyalty machine. The successful candidate will be responsible for creating technology-driven transformations that drive strategic value within the organization. This is a new position that reports directly to the Chief Technology Officer (CTO), who in turn reports to the Chief Executive Officer (CEO) of Ford Credit. In this role, you will leverage your advanced degree in Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, or a related field, along with over 10 years of experience in AI/ML research and development, particularly in applications related to finance and customer service. You will be expected to have deep expertise in machine learning algorithms, natural language processing, and other AI techniques, ensuring that models are robust, scalable, and compliant with regulatory standards. Your analytical skills will be crucial in analyzing large datasets to extract actionable insights that improve decision-making processes. As a leader, you will collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams, utilizing your strong programming skills in languages such as Python and R. You will also have proven experience with AI frameworks and tools, including TensorFlow, PyTorch, and Scikit-learn. Your strong communication and leadership skills will be essential in inspiring your team and driving the AI strategy forward.
