About the position

The Head of North America Product Solutions and Operations at TikTok is responsible for leading the Product Solutions & Operations (PSO) team within the Monetization organization. This role focuses on addressing advertiser needs, developing monetization solutions, and driving revenue growth through strategic insights and cross-functional collaboration. The position involves mentoring the leadership team, setting regional priorities, and fostering strong relationships with sales and product teams to enhance advertiser value and investment in the platform.

Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage the North America PSO team comprised of Global Product Marketing Managers across advertising products and verticals.
  • Set regional priorities and goals for the PSO team.
  • Mentor the leadership team and empower sales to drive revenue growth.
  • Deliver strategic insights to clients that drive higher advertiser value and greater investment in the platform.
  • Build strong cross-functional relationships with Global Business Solutions (sales) and identify gaps and opportunities to accelerate creative excellence and revenue.
  • Collaborate with internal teams such as Product, Marketing Science, and Global Business Marketing to serve client needs.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in digital advertising or relevant experience with a concentration on performance/direct response marketing.
  • Good understanding of the global advertising and business landscape.
  • A track record of successful revenue growth and the ability to lead a global team and drive business outcomes.
  • Experience influencing cross-functional leadership and collaborating closely across organizations.
  • Ability to set priorities, problem solve, and multi-task.
  • Flexible team player who thrives in a fast-paced environment and can bring order to ambiguity.
  • A commercial and data-driven mindset, with the ability to use data in storytelling.
  • Excellent communication and executive presence.
  • Comfortability with public speaking and large-scale speaking engagements.
  • Bachelor's degree or above.

Nice-to-haves

  • 15+ years of experience in digital advertising or relevant experience with a concentration on performance/direct response marketing.
