About the position

The Head of Operations for National Accounts Services at ADP is a strategic leadership role responsible for shaping and implementing the business operations strategy within a $1.3B organization. This position involves overseeing operations management programs, fostering a culture of operational excellence, and collaborating with the Senior Leadership Team to drive growth and efficiency across the organization. The role requires managing a team of senior leaders and indirect associates globally, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and delivering positive client experiences.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement business operations strategy initiatives aligned with organizational goals.
  • Collaborate with the NAS President and senior leadership to drive operational excellence culture.
  • Ensure execution of ongoing business unit operating cadence to meet expectations.
  • Translate strategy into actionable plans to maximize efficiency and support business growth.
  • Monitor operating results against plans and objectives, correcting shortfalls as needed.
  • Influence innovative thinking for effective service and relationship management solutions.
  • Act as NAS liaison with ADP Enterprise Wide Functions and other Business Units.
  • Drive continuous business process improvements for optimum operational productivity.
  • Provide strategic vision and leadership to the NAS operations team.

Requirements

  • Minimum 12+ years' experience in leadership management.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Management, Business Operations, or a related field.
  • Proven experience as a senior executive leader in Operations Management.
  • Ability to influence organizational change in a complex environment.
  • Strong knowledge of operations management frameworks and best practices.
  • Excellent strategic thinking and decision-making skills.
  • Demonstrated business transformation and continuity planning experience.
  • Effective communication skills with diverse teams and stakeholders.

Nice-to-haves

  • Advanced degree (MBA) or related field preferred.
  • Relevant certifications such as Lean Six Sigma, PMP, etc.
  • Experience in a matrix organization.
