About the position
The Head of Private Credit Operations at UBS Asset Management is a senior leadership role responsible for overseeing all financial reporting and operations functions related to the private credit strategy. This position requires extensive experience in private credit operations and fund accounting, along with managerial expertise to lead a team and collaborate with various stakeholders. The role emphasizes the importance of data management, cash management, and risk management reporting, ensuring the integrity and timely delivery of financial information.
Responsibilities
- Oversee all financial reporting and operations functions for UBS AM's private credit strategy.
- Lead the integrated private credit operating platform and team supporting the Credit Investments Group.
- Manage significant private equity fund experience in finance and operations, focusing on private fund accounting, cash management, and investor reporting.
- Review and own all financial reporting workstreams for various investment products, including annual audits and regulatory reporting.
- Ensure data management and information quality/integrity across the operational platform.
- Provide insightful analysis to support Client Portfolio Management and Investor Relations teams.
- Oversee cash management processes and accounting operations across various ABL facilities.
- Create and maintain risk management reporting, including liquidity and fund guidelines.
- Coordinate operational workstreams related to tax treatment of investments and capital calls.
Requirements
- Minimum of 12 to 15 years of private credit operational and fund accounting expertise.
- Proven managerial experience with a track record of leading a team of professionals.
- Strong collaborative skills to work with diverse internal and external stakeholders.
