About the position

The Head of Product/Principal Product Manager at Magnify Technologies is a pivotal role focused on transforming the post-sales customer experience for enterprise software companies. This position involves working cross-functionally with various teams to develop and iterate the product, ensuring it meets customer needs and drives revenue growth while reducing churn. The role emphasizes product vision, strategy, and execution, with significant opportunities for impact and growth within a fast-moving startup environment.

Responsibilities

• Work cross-functionally with engineering, applied scientists, UX designers, and customers to develop and iterate the product.
• Translate high-level roadmap items into detailed user stories with product designs.
• Prioritize features and maintain a prioritized product roadmap.
• Measure success metrics for product features and represent the voice of the customer.
• Make product decisions based on customer needs and market demands.

Requirements

• A minimum of 5 years of experience in Product Management within world-class B2B software companies.
• Proven track record of successful product launches and strong product management skills including requirements gathering and feature prioritization.
• Data-driven and decisive, with the ability to analyze qualitative and quantitative data to understand customer needs.
• Customer-centric approach, engaging with customers to inform product decisions.
• Strong communication skills to effectively engage with team members and stakeholders.

Nice-to-haves

• Experience with modern post-sales software such as Salesforce, Gainsight, Zendesk, Pendo, or Intercom.
• Prior startup experience.
