About the position

The Head of Product role is a unique opportunity to lead product development for a start-up company in the Boston area. This full-time, hybrid position requires collaboration with engineering teams to build innovative products from the ground up, while also serving as a visionary leader to the CTO and CEO. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in product management, particularly in SaaS, and a passion for enhancing customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities

• Making the product roadmap
• Reporting to the CEO on a day-to-day basis
• Inspiring the team to develop groundbreaking solutions
• Communicating a clear product vision
• Collaborating with cross-functional teams including engineers, designers, and marketers
• Monitoring product performance

Requirements

• 10+ years of experience as a Product Manager
• Experience building SaaS products
• Experience working at a successful start-up
• Passion for improving customer satisfaction
• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
• Experience in data analytics for decision making
• Experience in B2B product management
• Proven leadership skills
• Common understanding of software development
