The Head of Program Purchasing / Purchasing Manager at HELLA is responsible for leading a diverse international team of purchasing professionals. Responsibilities

• Manage company objectives related to supplier activities and cost initiatives.

Requirements

• 4+ years of purchasing leadership experience within the Automotive Industry.
• Bachelor's degree in Purchasing/Supply Chain, Engineering, Business, or a similar field.
• Exhibited leadership qualities.
• Strong experience and knowledge of market conditions and negotiation tactics.
• Program purchasing experience and knowledge related to sourcing and supplier relations.
• Strategic mindset to lead the department effectively.
