About the position

The Head of Sales Growth Programs at Atlassian is responsible for developing and managing innovative sales and success programs that drive measurable business impact across the customer journey. This role involves collaborating with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities, transitioning effective programs to business owners, and ensuring the continuous improvement of sales strategies in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

  • Build programmatic Sales and Success innovation framework
  • Develop measurement capabilities to assess program effectiveness
  • Run cadences to manage program portfolio and make budget allocation decisions
  • Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders across Atlassian to identify opportunities and translate into new programs
  • Transition effective programs to their ‘always on' homes with respective business owners

Requirements

  • 15+ years of experience in management consulting, corporate strategy, data science, growth, sales management, or an equivalent field
  • Strong track record of owning and delivering qualifiable business impact across the customer journey
  • Experience testing and innovating global pre- and post-sales plays and programs for platform/multi-product SaaS businesses
  • Superlative first principles thinker, able to break down problems and design scalable solutions
  • Analytics skills and the ability to define how best to approach complex problems
  • Excellent communication skills across the organization and up to executives
  • Track record partnering in fast-paced ambiguous environments
