About the position
The Head of Scaled Creator Growth, Strategy and Operations at Patreon is responsible for building and scaling the account management function to enhance creator engagement and revenue. This role involves developing operational processes, launching new products, and collaborating with various teams to optimize creator onboarding and product adoption. The position aims to empower creators and drive Patreon's success through strategic initiatives and data-driven decision-making.
Responsibilities
- Build operational processes to serve creators at scale.
- Develop and execute a strategy to grow creators' revenue through Patreon.
- Launch new products to the creator network and develop programs to encourage adoption and engagement.
- Partner with Product, Engineering, Creator, and Marketing teams to provide feedback on Patreon's product suite.
- Develop the SMB Account Management strategy to drive renewals and upsells.
- Analyze and improve the onboarding process to reduce drop-off rates.
- Leverage data to establish measurement frameworks for the Creator Management team's success.
- Lead cross-functional efforts to empower creators through creative and financial freedom.
Requirements
- Strong problem-solving skills with a data-driven approach to analyze operational processes.
- Experience building programmatic solutions to achieve growth goals.
- Track record of working with Product and Engineering teams to define customer needs and scale product adoption.
- Proven leadership and people management skills.
- Highly effective communication skills with the ability to influence diverse stakeholders.
