Responsibilities

• Manage and mentor a team of 1-2 traders in Boston and Jersey City.
• Serve as the lead trading representative facing demand-side clients and portfolio managers.
• Borrow and lend securities to cover and manage clients' short positions.
• Represent State Street's Prime Services group in discovering and developing new trading opportunities.
• Provide daily insights on hard-to-borrow securities and special situations to portfolio managers, analysts, execution traders, and treasury personnel.
• Collaborate with partner teams in Sales, Client Management, and Product Development to deliver an exceptional product experience.
