About the position

The Head of Service Administration will lead a small team of service administrators to provide exceptional support for service managers, focusing on customer billing and service-related processes using SIS and SAP. This role emphasizes the importance of digital networking in the manufacturing industry and encourages innovative ideas to enhance administrative processes.

Responsibilities

  • Manage and motivate a small team of in-house customer service administrators.
  • Responsible for all customer billing activities from inquiry to SAP processing.
  • Administer service policies and ensure compliance.
  • Oversee and manage expense reports completed through Certify.
  • Work closely with service management to improve the department expense report process.
  • Facilitate new hire onboarding and support service management by ordering needed equipment, requesting access rights, setting up workstations, and completing employee checklists.
  • Oversee and develop Service KPIs for service management to measure key factors.
  • Drive SYNCHRO projects to improve administrative processes within the department.
  • Coordinate international travel, tool purchasing, and vehicle leases for all FSEs.
  • Work with the team to maintain service relevant master data in SIS and SAP.

Requirements

  • Minimum of two years administrative work experience required.
  • Excellent interpersonal communications, problem solving, and conflict resolution skills.
  • Computer skills including Word, Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint, SAP, and SIS.

Nice-to-haves

  • Associate degree in Business Management preferred or two years of experience in an administrative environment is required.
