About The Position

As the Head of Social Media for Listings and Corporate Solutions at Nasdaq, you will be at the forefront of shaping and executing the social media strategy for our Corporate Platforms business. This role encompasses Listing Services, which supports companies transitioning from private to public markets, and Corporate Solutions, which offers a suite of solutions focused on ESG, Corporate Governance, and Investor Relations. You will work closely with Nasdaq's leadership team to articulate and promote Nasdaq's unique position at the intersection of capital markets, technology, and innovation. Your storytelling skills will be crucial in showcasing the world-leading brands and innovative companies that partner with Nasdaq. In this position, you will partner with the Corporate Platform's US leadership, marketing, sales, and communications teams to develop and implement organic, paid, executive, and influencer campaigns across various social media platforms. You will coordinate social media strategies for pre-IPO, IPO day, and post-IPO campaigns for Nasdaq-listed companies, ensuring a cohesive and impactful presence across all channels. Reporting to the Director of Corporate Communications, you will also manage a Listings Social Specialist who will assist in delivering influencer campaigns, organic content creation, and paid amplification. Your responsibilities will include ideating and executing high-impact social media rollout plans, driving the strategy and execution of the content calendar, and developing innovative content series that tell the story of Nasdaq's Corporate Platforms business and its clients. You will position Nasdaq's thought leaders and executives as industry influencers through social amplification, develop KPIs and insights to benchmark expectations, and monitor social media accounts for insights and key takeaways. Additionally, you will maintain relationships with Nasdaq-listed companies, partner with marketing colleagues to optimize social media content, and assist in capturing content at live events. Your role will require you to thrive in a fast-paced environment, manage multiple priorities, and engage in proactive and reactive brand responses while keeping a pulse on current social media trends.
