Renuity is seeking a Head of Strategy & Chief of Staff to the CEO to join our team! In this pivotal role, you will collaborate closely with the CEO to develop and drive strategic initiatives that align with the company's vision and objectives. Your responsibilities will encompass overseeing special projects, managing internal affairs, and engaging with both external and internal stakeholders. You will be instrumental in executing greenfield strategies, rolling out new products, and incubating innovative ideas while driving strategic planning alongside the CEO. Additionally, you will oversee M&A activities, prepare board materials, and manage executive-level meetings to ensure effective governance and decision-making. As the Head of Strategy & Chief of Staff, you will act as a strategic thought leader and partner to the CEO, the Executive Leadership Team, the Board, and other business stakeholders. You will work collaboratively with various departments, including IT, HR, marketing, operations, data, legal, finance, and accounting, to execute the company's strategic priorities. Your role will also involve overseeing the development and execution of Renuity's corporate strategy, ensuring alignment with the company's vision and three-year plan across all divisions. You will be responsible for Renuity's greenfield strategy for entering new markets, which includes market selection, product selection, and project execution for entering over eight new markets per year. Furthermore, you will oversee the entire lifecycle of new product introductions, from pre-entrance strategic analysis to cross-functional coordination and rollout across the Renuity portfolio. As a proxy for the CEO in select internal matters, you will escalate issues as necessary and provide insights and strategic advice to division leaders. Your leadership will extend to managing the organization of executive and board-level meetings, ensuring efficient agenda setting, timely dissemination of materials, and thorough follow-up on action items to support strategic decision-making and governance. In this role, you will lead, coach, and guide the Strategy team members to build a high-performing function that acts with urgency and ownership across all Renuity departments and divisions. You will also own all aspects of mergers and acquisitions, including due diligence, strategic evaluation, negotiation, integration planning, and post-merger performance tracking.
