About The Position

  • Strong stakeholder management skills to align talent strategies with business goals.
  • Experience in innovative, high-growth organizations with a focus on scaling talent initiatives.
  • Advanced degree in Human Resources, Organizational Development, Business Administration, or a related field.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute a comprehensive, future-focused talent strategy that aligns with the bank's vision.
  • Design a forward-looking talent planning process that incorporates a Talent Marketplace and skills assessments.
  • Drive the bank's Diversity & Inclusion strategy by embedding inclusive practices into talent management processes.
  • Build an ecosystem for executive and leadership development, overseeing the Leadership Academy.
  • Oversee the design and implementation of an integrated colleague experience across all HR lifecycle stages.
  • Lead large-scale change management initiatives related to new talent strategies and technological advancements.
  • Utilize data and analytics to inform decision-making and measure the success of talent initiatives.
