About the position

The Head of US Growth Marketing at Worldpay is a senior leadership role responsible for driving digital growth marketing strategies to enhance customer acquisition and retention. This position involves collaborating with various teams to implement performance marketing initiatives that align with the company's commercial objectives, ultimately aiming to increase revenue and market presence.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute a comprehensive digital growth marketing strategy across merchant acquisition, retention, and monetization.
  • Lead and oversee a performance marketing strategy to drive digital growth efforts across marketing, sales, and existing customer management.
  • Drive expansion into new digital channels such as TikTok, Bing, and Instagram, as well as influencer and developer marketing.
  • Utilize analytics and data insights to drive growth initiatives, optimize funnels, and measure impact.
  • Manage execution of performance marketing, digital marketing, CRO, SEO, ensuring timely delivery against targets and plans.
  • Collaborate with the line of business and central marketing team to optimize messaging and creative assets.
  • Report on all digital growth-related KPIs through dashboards and reports, ensuring growth efforts deliver ROI.
  • Communicate and present the performance of growth initiatives to key stakeholders.
  • Create buy-in around growth initiatives and champion digital growth strategies across the SMB line of business.
  • Drive a culture of continuous learning and improvement to achieve commercial results.

Requirements

  • 8+ years of experience in growth-focused digital marketing roles, with a proven track record in a B2B environment.
  • 5+ years in a senior leadership role focused on growth and performance marketing.
  • Deep understanding and hands-on experience with various digital marketing channels including paid search, paid social, and organic growth strategies.
  • Strong analytical skills with expertise in data-driven marketing and decision-making.
  • Experience with analytics tools, platforms, and relevant tracking technologies.
  • Ability to develop and deliver successful ROI-driven digital growth strategies.
  • Strong ability to pitch ideas internally, get buy-in and budget, and influence stakeholders at all levels.
  • Creative, proactive, self-starter, and problem solver.
  • Proven ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and build strong relationships.
  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, or a related field.
