About The Position
The Head Roaster & Green Coffee Buyer is responsible for overseeing the daily operations related to coffee roasting and fulfilling orders for both the cafe and online retail. This role involves close collaboration with the General Manager and coffee importers to select and source green coffee, while also maintaining equipment and ensuring high-quality standards throughout the coffee program.
