Head Soccer Coach & Director

About the position

The Soccer Director is responsible for overseeing and enhancing all aspects of the boys soccer program, both on and off the field. This role involves collaboration with the Club President and Director of Coaching, strategic planning for soccer operations, and the development and evaluation of club programs. The position requires a commitment to coaching and managing multiple teams while ensuring a positive and educational experience for all participants.

Responsibilities

• Manage and improve all aspects of the boys soccer program.
• Collaborate daily with the Club President and Director of Coaching.
• Problem solve logistics and implement workable solutions.
• Assist in the creation and execution of strategic planning for soccer operations.
• Assist with the development, execution, and evaluation of all club programs.
• Complete 15-20 office hours weekly, depending on the coaching schedule.
• Serve as Head Coach for 3 teams.
• Lead and coach travel, recreation, and youth level soccer programs.
• Plan engaging and educational training sessions for participants.
• Communicate weekly with each team via email to manage performance environments.
• Complete annual player evaluations for all teams.

Requirements

• USSF A, B, or C coaching license.
• At least 5 years of experience in youth soccer.
