Responsibilities
- Perform head spa relaxation services for clients based on MIVIA packages.
- Provide excellence in service with luxury-level customer support for all clients.
- Support hair/scalp health tailored to each client's needs.
- Maintain supplies and organize the work environment to a high standard.
Requirements
- Must currently hold a Virginia State cosmetology license.
- Experience in styling hair through blow drying techniques across different hair types.
- Excellent customer service skills and high personable skills.
- Strong professional communication skills with articulate language ability.
- Time management skills to complete tasks efficiently.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Proven ability to exhibit patience, care, and understanding for all clients and staff members.
Nice-to-haves
- Experience with scalp health and support for all hair types.
- Experience supporting clients with hair loss.
- Trichology trained.
- Experience with a diverse set of hair types.
