About the position

The Project Coordinator at ISN Corporation will support the Head Start Contract by assisting the Project Manager in planning, executing, and managing activities to meet the objectives and deliverables of the Early Head Start and Head Start programs. This role involves overseeing project implementation, ensuring timely completion of deliverables, and maintaining project documentation.

Responsibilities

• Support the Project Manager in planning, executing, and managing project activities.
• Provide supervisory support for Head Start Teams in executing complex projects.
• Assist in planning, executing, monitoring, and modifying Early Head Start and Head Start program work.
• Prepare and maintain tracking tools to identify competing deadlines.
• Document and maintain project work plans, meetings, decisions, and reports.
• Assist in preparing Monthly Status Reports and other required reports.
• Maintain and update Head Start document management sites.
• Prepare and deliver status reports as required.

Requirements

• Minimum three (3) years of experience supporting client services projects of similar size and complexity.
• 3+ years' experience in program and/or organizational management and/or fiscal operations with HS/EHS programs.
• Experience in managing complex, high-profile projects and implementing quality assurance systems.
• Ability to review, aggregate, and present data from multiple sources.
• Advanced knowledge of MS Office Suite and project management tools (e.g., MS Project, Smartsheet).

Nice-to-haves

• Masters in early childhood education preferred.
• Project Management Professional (PMP) certification (or equivalent) preferred.
• Change management experience highly desirable.
