About the position
The Health and Wellness Liaison plays a crucial role in connecting the organization with clients, ensuring effective communication and fostering strong relationships. This position focuses on promoting health, fitness, and behavioral wellness services, educating clients, and organizing community and internal wellness events.
Responsibilities
- Act as the primary point of contact for clients, addressing inquiries and providing information about our wellness services.
- Facilitate communication between clients and service providers to ensure a seamless experience.
- Conduct follow-ups with clients to assess satisfaction levels and gather feedback for continuous improvement.
- Collaborate with the health coaching team to develop tailored plans that meet individual client needs.
- Promote behavioral health initiatives and support clients in achieving their wellness goals.
- Organize workshops or seminars to educate the community on health-related topics.
Requirements
- Experience or knowledge in weight loss programs, IV's/IM injections, health clubs, or fitness environments is preferred.
- Familiarity with behavioral health concepts and weight loss strategies is a plus.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to educate and inspire others.
- Ability to build rapport with diverse client populations.
- A proactive approach to problem-solving and client engagement.
- Passion for promoting healthy lifestyles and wellness initiatives.
